This message for Stefani, giving misleading information to a customer never helped a business. Canceling renters insurance didn’t increase my insurance as you calculated and told me that insurance will go up to $164 from $158.71, actually it decreased my premiums. I moved to another agency, because you were not the right person to deal with. Try to be honest dealing with people, everyone works hard for their money.
