"This message for Stefani, giving misleading information to a customer never helped a business. Canceling renters insurance didn’t increase my insurance as you calculated and told me that insurance will go up to $164 from $158.71, actually it decreased my premiums. I moved to another agency, because you were not the right person to deal with. Try to be honest dealing with people, everyone works hard for their money."

But I would like to clarify that there is nothing misleading about the opportunity to add a multiline discount to your auto insurance policy. I highly suggest you contact your agent to review your policies. You can speak with them as to what the auto insurance premium would be if you were to add a multiline discount for renters' insurance because there is a discount, thus decreasing your auto insurance premium. "
